Support & guidance for Utah therapists navigating complex, high-conflict, and court-involved cases.

If you are a therapist working with court-involved adults, children, or high-conflict families in Utah, you know how complex, emotionally charged, and polarizing this work can be. This monthly consultation group provides a supportive, collaborative space to strengthen your practice, deepen your expertise, and stay aligned with the best practice guidelines recommended for court-involved clinicians.

Who is this group for?

This consultation group is designed for clinicians who meet all of the following criteria:

  • You are a fully licensed therapist with at least two years of post-independent licensure clinical experience.

  • You work with court-involved clients—including post-separation families, high-conflict co-parents, intimate partner violence (IPV), or resist/refuse dynamics.

  • You provide clinical services to court-involved families through one or more of the following modalities:

    • Family systems / resist-refuse dynamics

    • Co-parenting therapy

    • Individual therapy with adults or children

  • You are a Utah-based mental health professional seeking to deepen your skills and ensure your work aligns with best practices in court-involved treatment.
